The Postcode Lottery will start to raise funds for charity in Norway. On Friday, Novamedia Norsk Postkodelotteri AS, together with its partners SOS Barnebyer and the WWF, won one of the three lottery licences in the draw for games of chance in Norway. The licence makes it possible to hold a Norwegian version of the Postcode Lottery – the charity lottery in which you and your neighbours win together. The Novamedia/Postcode Lotteries organisation has already raised more than €8 Billion (NOK 74,678,400,000) for charities and thousands of social initiatives throughout the world.

logoNovamedia is a social enterprise, working to bring together business and ideals. We want to make the world a better place. We understand how important long-term funding is, and that promoting the good work of charitable organisations is crucial in helping them achieve a better world.

That is why we raise structural funds and awareness for good causes in the fields of culture, nature, climate, health, social cohesion, human rights and development cooperation. As an early example of a social enterprise we look for investment opportunities that match our expertise and contribute to our mission.
