This summer, TV4 and the Postcode Lottery will treat Sweden to water entertainment in Postkodkampen. Eight Swedish cities challenge each other in daring and wet competitions. Host is Richard Sjöberg, assisted by Kim Kärnfalk and Sandra Dahlberg. They will support the teams while they work their way through obstacle courses and games in a pool. Postkodkampen premieres on Friday July 9, at 8pm on TV4.
The eight cities participating are Halmstad, Gävle, Malmö, Göteborg, Umeå, Örebro, Uppsala and Östersund. Each city is represented by a team of five persons, giving their best, fighting for their town and the most daring city in Sweden will win. Belly flops, swallowing cold water, somersaults and drama are to be expected.

Competitors full engagement
Host is Richard Sjöberg who, assisted by Kim Kärnfalk and Sandra Dahlberg, leads the teams through a number of obstacle courses and water games in the pool. ‘I really look forward to hosting Postkodkampen. It’s going to be fun seeing the contestants fight for their cities. I think the audience on site and all those watching around the country will be captured and empathized by the competitors’ full engagement. On top of that, we will guaranteed have a good laugh watching the eight teams compete in the wild games’, says Rickard Sjöberg.
Price supports local project
Postkodkampen is a New Zealand TV-format which, in the Swedish version, will be shoot at the water amusement park Fyrishov in Uppsala. In each of the four programs, two teams will compete against each other. The winning team in each program will continue to the semifinals in episode five, and the two winning teams will meet in the final. The winning team will receive 100.000 SEK to be donated to a project in their hometown.
In each program, Magdalena Graaf will be handing out 5 million SEK to the winning postcode in the Postcode Lottery’s extra drawing.
Postkodkampen will be broadcasted in six episodes, starting Friday July 9, at 8 pm.
